Tipos de ambulância: saiba mais

Primeiramente, você sabia que existem tipos de ambulância?

Sem dúvidas, você já os viu passando pelas ruas, atravessando o trânsito intenso na cidade, mas você já tentou identificá-los?

Talvez você esteja questionando “Mas identifiquei o que? As ambulâncias não são todas iguais?”

Então, se isso passou pela sua cabeça, você é um entre milhares de pessoas que não sabia que existem, sim, diferentes tipos de serviços de ambulância e casa tipo lida com um apropriado tipo de situação / emergência.

Porém, a maioria das pessoas ficam mais preocupadas com a emergência do que com o tipo de veículo e, por isso, acham que toda ambulância tem o mesmo design monótono e tem a mesma função a cumprir.

No Brasil existem diferentes tipos de ambulância e nesse artigo iremos abordar um pouco mais sobre cada uma delas.

Afinal, vale destacar que as ambulâncias precisam obedecer à norma ABNT – NBR 14561/2000, que determina o tamanho e os demais itens que as ambulâncias têm que ter.

Além disso, o Ministério da Saúde possui a Portaria nº 2048, que determina um padrão para cada tipo de ambulância do Brasil.

Ambulância Tipo A

Primeiramente, saiba que esse tipo de ambulância transporta pessoas que não estão correndo risco de morte.

Então, geralmente, é um carro para resgatar casos simples e sem grande necessidade.

Ainda assim, nesse transporte de resgate você encontra itens como suporte para soro, cilindro de oxigênio, maca com rodas e sinalizador ótico e acústico.

Ademais, essa ambulância é tripulada pelo motorista e técnico de enfermagem.

Ambulância Tipo B

O segundo carro da lista carrega pacientes que estão correndo risco de vida, mas não necessitam de atendimento no local.

Esse é um carro que também vem tripulado somente com um motorista e um técnico de enfermagem.

Além disso, nesse transporte você encontra:

  • Umidificador de oxigênio;
  • Suporte para soro, maca articulada com rodas;
  • Instalação para rede de oxigênio com cilindro;
  • Rádio comunicador;
  • Colete cervical;
  • Kit para parto;
  • Maleta de primeiros socorros;
  • Sinalizador acústico e ótico.

Ambulância Tipo C

A especialidade dessa ambulância é socorrer pacientes que sofreram algum tipo de acidente e necessitam de atendimento no local onde ocorreu.

Aliás, nesse carro você encontra 2 militares socorristas (especialistas em salvamentos) e o motorista.

É obrigatório que nesse tipo de ambulância tenha:

  • Sinalizador ótico e acústico;
  • Suporte para soro, maca articulada com rodas;
  • Instalação para rede de oxigênio com cilindro;
  • Kit para parto;
  • Lanterna de mão;
  • Rede de oxigênio;
  • Extintor de pó químico, luvas isolantes, capacetes, cordas e tesouras hidráulicas;
  • Torre de sinalização traseira;
  • Máscaras, aventais de proteção e óculos;
  • Prancha longa para imobilizar a coluna;
  • Colete para imobilizar ou prancha curta;
  • Maleta de primeiros socorros;
  • Ferramentas de salvamento com: máscara autônoma, bola tipo life-bolt, martelete pneumático, almofadas pneumáticas e moto abrasivo.

Ambulância Tipo D

Antes de tudo, essa ambulância serve exclusivamente para pacientes que têm sério risco de morrer, isto é, aqueles que saem da ambulância direto para a UTI.

Dessa forma, esse carro é tripulado por um enfermeiro, um médico e um motorista.

Por fim, além dos itens que foram mencionados nas outras ambulâncias, o carro D tem:

  • Radiocomunicação;
  • Campo cirúrgico fenestrado;
  • Medicamentos para socorrer com urgência;
  • Almotolias com antisséptico; colares cervicais de vários tamanhos;
  • Ressuscitador manual (adultos e crianças), sondas para aspirar a traqueostomia de diversos tamanhos;
  • Luvas de procedimentos, frasco de geleia de lidocaína, máscara para ressuscitador infantil e adulto;
  • Um kit com: cateteres de aspiração, cateteres nasais, seringas, cânulas endotraqueais de diversos tamanhos, adaptadores de cânulas.
  • Materiais básicos para a equipe médica: máscaras, aventais e óculos; filme metálico para conservação de calor do corpo ou cobertor.

No entanto, há certo detalhe sobre a ambulância D é que ela serve também para socorrer crianças de até 28 dias de vida.

Por isso, nessas situações, o carro contém ferramentas como cilindros de oxigênio, incubadora de transporte para bebês e controle de temperatura.

Ademais, esse tipo de ambulância necessita de um respirador que trabalhe à base de pressão.

No mais, é preciso que esse transporte de socorro neonatal contenha todos os itens que a ambulância D normalmente possui.
