O que é uma ambulância de emergência? Conheça alguns exemplos

Precisando de uma ambulância?

O que são emergências e urgências?

Em suma, embora realmente pareçam semelhantes, o Conselho Federal de Medicina (CRM) dá um conceito diferente para cada um deles.

De acordo com o CRM, cada definição é:

  • Urgência: quando há uma ocorrência inesperada de um determinado problema de saúde, mas sem potencial risco de morte. No entanto, a vítima precisa de cuidados imediatos para que não evolua para uma emergência.
  • Emergência: neste caso, há um problema na vida do paciente. Ou seja, há perigo iminente de vida ou grande sofrimento. Portanto, é necessária atenção médica imediata.

Em outras palavras, ambos precisam de atendimento imediato, mas uma emergência ocorre quando o perigo de vida é grande, exigindo atendimento imediato.

E é por isso que a participação de uma ambulância particular é muito necessária. Porque às vezes o SAMU não consegue atender todas as ligações.

Mas se você tiver um telefone ambulância particular, o paciente pode solicitar serviços e ter a certeza de que seu ente querido será bem tratado e receberá atendimento pré-hospitalar (APH) de qualidade, o que pode eliminar possíveis riscos e sequelas.

Qual é a diferença entre urgência e emergências?

Em suma, a ambulância emergência está pronta para evitar que o paciente piore em seu quadro clínico e, portanto, acaba por evitar que o paciente tenha alguma sequela.

Por outro lado, uma emergência ocorre quando o paciente já está em grave perigo e precisa de ajuda o mais rápido possível. Abaixo, daremos exemplos de urgências e emergências.

Exemplos de emergências médicas:

  1. Corte profundo;
  2. Choque elétrico;
  3. Picada ou mordida de animais peçonhentos;
  4. Queimaduras;
  5. Afogamentos;
  6. Hemorragia;
  7. Infarto do miocárdio;
  8. Dificuldade para respirar;
  9. Acidentes de carro ou moto; 
  10. Derrames etc.

Emergência clínica e traumática

Outra coisa interessante a saber tem a ver com emergências clínicas e traumáticas. Em suma, na maioria das vezes, acontece por outras doenças pré-existentes, e não por fatores externos.

Ou seja, acaba deixando o paciente em pior estado de saúde. Além disso, o paciente muitas vezes fica pálido, além de graves dificuldades respiratórias, perda de consciência, rigidez muscular, etc.

Nesse caso, é importante ter atendimento da ambulância emergência, pois pode levar a acidente vascular cerebral, desmaio, ataque cardíaco e muito mais.

No entanto, também é importante entender que uma emergência é uma lesão causada por fatores externos ao paciente, como mencionado acima.

Ou seja, quando o organismo é exposto a uma força que o corpo não pode suportar, isso leva a lesões.

Na verdade, o sangramento de uma lesão é uma das principais razões pelas quais uma pessoa precisa de atendimento médico de emergência.

Urgências médicas

As urgências médicas não apresentam risco de morte iminente. Mas, se você não fizer o tratamento adequado, dentro de um tempo hábil, a condição pode se transformar em algo mais sério.

No entanto, saiba que é possível dividir as urgências em dois tipos, a saber: unidades de saúde e hospitais, segundo o Ministério da Saúde.

Isso acontece para que o tratamento específico possa ser dado de acordo com a gravidade. Então isso significa dizer que há prioridade no resgate.

Exemplos de emergências médicas:

  1. Fraturas;
  2. Luxações;
  3. Torções;
  4. Asma brônquica em crise;
  5. Transtornos psiquiátricos;
  6. Dor abdominal moderada;
  7. Retenção urinária em pacientes idosos etc.

Como é feita a remoção de uma ambulância emergência?

Agora que você já conhece melhor a ambulância emergência, pode ter dúvidas sobre como é feito esse tipo de remoção.

Primeiro, entenda que o tipo de ambulância a ser usada vai depender de acordo com a gravidade de cada condição do paciente.

Então, isso quer dizer que será necessário optar por um dos seguintes tipos de ambulância para oferecer o atendimento:

  • Ambulância tipo A;
  • Ambulância tipo B;
  • Ambulância tipo C;
  • Ambulância tipo D;
  • Ambulância neonatal.

Isso significa que a remoção médica pode ser mais fácil, com suporte básico de vida, ou até mais completa, como é o caso da ambulância semi UTI e da ambulância UTI móvel, por exemplo.

No caso de algo básico, é importante que o carro seja acompanhado por um motorista socorrista e um técnico de enfermagem.

Mas, no caso de suporte avançado, quando o paciente corre grave risco de vida, deve-se utilizar uma ambulância com UTI.

Além disso, entenda que o serviço começa logo no telefone, pois você deve seguir algumas instruções que serão dadas.

Mas assim que uma ambulância emergência chegar, os profissionais cuidarão da situação para que a vítima se recupere o mais rápido possível.

Como chamar uma ambulância particular?

Saiba que é possível chamar uma ambulância particular em situações de urgência e emergência. Portanto, se você precisar de uma ambulância para remoção química ou uma ambulância para eventos, saiba que uma empresa privada pode ajudá-lo.

Neste caso, a empresa em questão deve determinar a gravidade do caso, o tipo de ambulância, os profissionais, o horário, etc.

Além disso, saiba que esse tipo de empresa deve ter uma ambulância 24 horas por dia, pois não há como prever quando tal situação ocorrerá.
